Is it possible to pay an invoice without emailing it
I want to use less accounting for billing and accounting for my business. I do IT work in homes and businesses, and I only accept credit cards or cash. I also only do COD, so as soon as I finish my work the client pays me.
What I want to do is when I finish the work I will
1. Log into my lessaccounting account and fill in the invoice details
2. Bill the client right there on the spot using paypal.
3. Print the Paid in Full invoice from lessaccounting and hand it to the client as I walk out the door
Is this process possible using lessaccounting?

Inappropriate?Hey Andy currently the options with invoices are send via email invoice, download pdf, mark as sent and print a hard copy. So you would create the invoice, add the payment(s) to the invoice. Then send, download or print the invoice.
I’m thankful for users

Inappropriate? Thanks Allan. I am testing what you have suggested right now. Is it possible to integrate a paypal button into lessaccounting? Based on other questions here I am assuming that it is possible. Thanks.
I’m confident

Inappropriate?Hey Andy, go to "Settings/Import Data" > "Edit Business Settings" > scroll down and on the left you'll find a place to add your paypal email address.
Let me know if you have further questions.
