Make the bank account page less confusing.

This page seems kind of confusing. What is the difference between the two big Xs and the red do not enter? I have to mouse over the ? above to see. Having an X for "refresh" seems not right. That should be a little green recycle. The red do not enter is OK for delete.

When I click the X to stop auto-importing, it prompts me with the same Alert box warning I see if I try to delete the account.
