Problem
I just signed up. When I tried to set up a new project, it said it was "processing" but the processing never stopped, so I closed the window. I then entered the site again and found that the new project was set up and the time was running. I went to stop the time and got the same processing response. I could not stop it.

That usually means that an handled error has occurred on the server side. You can refresh the page and try again. We don't officially support IE7, but it should still work most of the time.
