Quickbooks Import "Currently working on Processing"
Quickbooks import page says "Currently working on Processing" and has done for hours. I imported from Quickbooks 2008 Pro UK edition.

Hi, what version of quickbooks are you on? When did you import the file? Do you have your quickbook preferences setup correctly for authorizing our app to import? -
QB 2008 Pro. Seconds before I posted my original message. I believe so, the process from the QB connector appeared to work. The Less Accounting page was constantly refreshing itself, and did go from the instructions to the "processing" step... but that's about as far as it got. On the QB side it completed without error. -
FYI - I tried to run this again. QB side worked again, LA now says "Import Complete. Please give the app 10 minutes to sort through your Quickbooks data"... but it's been doing that for like an hour with no results. -
Inappropriate?Please correct this issue... I'm really pushing for our business to use Less Accounting...

Adam, each user with Quickbooks problem faces a new and exciting issue in working with intuit and data importing. -
Inappropriate?Alas, we decided to go with Quickbooks again for this financial year. If the first big "no more pain" feature with Less Accounting can't deliver, we'd rather stay with the devil we know.

I feel your pain. However, Intuit is one of those companies that isn't truly on board with open information exchange -- or at least isn't aware of how important that is from a public relations standpoint.
The folks at Less, in my recent experience, have been attentive and responsive to my feedback regarding this issue, even working on weekends. Thus, I am "holding out" for a solution, at least as it pertains my our specific versions of QB and Web Connector.
