Receiving duplicate emails when cc'd in
When I tick the box to copy myself into invoice emails I receive two emails. This happens when I send out invoices attached as PDFs, but this is the only way I send invoices so i don't know if this happens using the other methods. How can I stop this? and will my clients also be receiving duplicate emails?

Hi Alex, are you double clicking the send button? I see the duplicates in your account but I cannot reproduce this issue in various testing situations.

I have send out a test invoice to a contact with no email address and cc'd myself in on the "Email copy to" field. I then receive 2 identical emails.
The account is set up with my email address - does the system auto cc in the email that opened the account? -

Inappropriate?I use Safari 2 on Mac OSX 10.5.6
Also tried Safari 3 on the same and safari from my iphone.
I just did a test invoice sent to Steve (contact), cc'd in Allan (additional email box) and I am already cc'd in (using the default tick box option). I purposely clicked twice and received 4 emails.

Inappropriate?Jennifer, I simply cannot reproduce your issue, even in your account. However I am in Safari 4, try downloading the newest version of Safari. Lets hope that's the issue.

Inappropriate?Looks like I'll have to swap to Firefox as I've tried using safari 3 and 4 and still get 2 emails but only 1 with Firefox.
Just so you know when I changed my email address I received 2 emails asking me to verify my email. I was using firefox at the time.

Inappropriate?Yes, I just sent a test email that worked fine. So looks like it's only when adding the PDF - but that is unfortunately how we send them out.
