Where is Lexus's Customer Service when you have a Lexus's manufacturing problem

My 2001 Lexus RX300 Transmission died! I've been religiously keeping the service maintenance up according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

I’m frustrated, disappointed, financially strapped with what never should have happened with what is touted as a high performance and priced vehicle!
