Use the official LibraryThing groups for support

GetSatisfaction is great, but if you're having trouble on LT the best place to get help is really the official LT talk pages, mainly because this is where all the other users hang out too.

Bug Collectors
http://www.librarything.com/groups/bu...

Description: This is a completely and utterly unofficial list of things that are known (or believed) to be bugs or broken in LibraryThing. It's not a wishlist for features, nor a list of things that could be better - or could be different.

Recommend Site Improvements
http://www.librarything.com/groups/re...

Description: A place to make recommendations for functions or features you'd like to see incorporate into LibraryThing... but read http://www.librarything.com/wiki/inde... first to see if someone else has suggested it :)

New features
http://www.librarything.com/groups/ne...

Description: This is a group for LibraryThing to announce and discuss new features and other improvements with members. Unlike every other group, we discourage starting new topics, unless you've actually developed a new feature (with or without our help). But anyone can—and should—post replies.

Site talk
http://www.librarything.com/groups/si...

Description: General catch-all for LibraryThing related discussions

And finally the FAQ: http://www.librarything.com/wiki/inde...
