More options when posting a photo

When I post a photo, it automatically creates a blob with the name of the photo file as the title of the blog and no comments. Most of my photos are named things like SO2309SS.jpg, so I have to go in every time, open the blob, and edit it. In the "Post a Photo" dialog box, I'd like to be able to add my own title and a description during the blob-creation process so that I don't have to go and edit the already-created blob every time.
