App works only when cell has a signal
The app will not work when there is not a signal on my cell. Why can't I just download the software to my Iphone and use it all the time when I need it?

Inappropriate?To use the full functions of the app you need wifi or a data connection.
You do have the option of download offline translation to use when you don't have data or wifi.
