login lost after a week - no email sent for password

After being signed up for a week while at work, I tried to log in at home and forgot the password. I clicked the link for lost password, but nothing has ever shown up in my email. Now, back at work, I can't log in either - it appears that the whole process has changed my password to a temporary password, and I can't get an email to follow through. Maybe if someone can change my default email address, I can fix this.

By the way - when I signed up, I never had an email to verify the process. I just logged in after I signed up, and everything was fine. Until now.
