Need more giving functionality to properly track giving!
add the capacity to track online giving and giving by mail into the weekly totals. Lots of people do online banking for offering and tithe. We need to be able to track that in.

In the Service Times --> Master Template --> make a service time for Wednesday at noon, and click the "giving only" box. This will give you a input time for middle of the week to add giving only.
