Support for the keyboard arrows (up/dn) in the bible reader
Can you add support for the keyboard arrows (up/dn) in the bible reader? The scrolling javascript is ok, but doesnt allow savvy users to navigate!

(fn+up arrow) = page-up = Bible Page Up
(fn+down arrow) = pagedown = Bible Page Down
(fn+left arrow) = home = Bible Previous Chapter
(fn+right arrow) = end = Bible Next Chapter

Inappropriate?Might I recommend something similar to what Gmail and ffffound.com use:
j = down (probably one verse at a time? at least, not a full page)
k = up
I noticed there is some commented out code in reader.js to use single letters for some actions:
n = next chapter
p = previous chapter
s = share it
t = tag it
e = email it
I think actually turning these on would be great.
