unable to load youversion on my bb bold
i have problem loading youversion on my bb bold for past 2 days. the loading logo appears and just keep loading forever.... have tried deleting the application and re-downloaded. but it doesnt help..

If you just get the loading screen, the issue is your Blackberry is not letting the Bible App connect to the Internet. Here are the steps to solve that problem.
1) Download the latest version: http://youversion.com/bb (use your Blackberry device with the Blackberry Browser)
2) Possibly reboot if asked.
3) Try running Bible. If successful great, if not continue steps. [Exit Bible App]
4) Click Options > Applications > HIghlight Bible - Click Blackberry Options button - Edit Permissions - Set all to Allow.
5) Exit and Save settings
6) Load Bible [if it was not closed, exit app and re-launch]
7) All should work as normal.

I have attempted to reload version 2 twice now to my bb 8350i. How can I reload version1.03 @ least that one worked now I have nothing. Very frustrated -
I have just loaded ver 2.02 on my bb 8350i and it works beautifully. Thank you John for all your help. -

First of all, How excited I am to have your application, youuversion! on my mobi device! At last! smile Thank God for that. But I m really very concerned and very frustrated because I cannot read any of it due to lack of boldness in fonts (bold and extra bold, too!, please) in font. In the menu, you limit to small, medium and large, you do not think of boldness fir. . Please be considerate for other people who have low vison, or aging or others who need to rest their eyes by not to sttaining . That is not healthy! Oh Lord, help us and please add/include to your menu bold and extra bold as soon as possible. You know, how it is important for us to keep reading the bible daily especially on the go, on the road, on the journey, etc so that we can maintain our spirit to be filled.

When i opened the Bible from my BB and I was asked to up grade to the newer version; then i did it; however, after installed, i cant open the bible; kindda stuck. I deleted and try to down load again but the screen said "HTTP ERROR 404:Not Founf; the page you are trying to load could not be found. Please try loading again"
It has been many times and this is my third day trying it again and again.
Any one can help me? I really need this application.

I have curve 8900, but the 2.0.1 version doesn't work in mine. I have deleted and installed many times, still not working. Do you have any suggestion for me? -
Inappropriate?I attempted to install the 2.0 version today on both my Curve 8330 and my husband's Curve 8351i; and in both cases, the program just hangs now. We have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail.

Inappropriate?I have 8320 and the older version of YouVersion was working great. I downloaded the 2.0 and it was good, then it forced me to download 2.1 and now the freeze. Bad thing is I have done a handheld wipe twice and reinstall and it still does not work. Grateful when someone will post a work around. Am Hopeful.

I had actually "reformatted" my bbb accidentally which wipe out all my info/settings
in my bbb.
When I reinstalled youversion, it work perfectly. It's been about 2 months and youversion
Has been ok since. You might want to do that to your bb, provided you are willing
To "erase" all your stuff/ settings in your bb. -

hi Rudy, I had to clear my Content Cache within the BB Browser (go to options in BB Browser) before I could download 2.0.2 via http://www.youversion.com/bb - only then did I get the latest version version (prior it only gave me the option to keep downloading 2.0.1)
And now it works! :) -

I even downloaded the new version from the website but it hangs when trying to open it. I changed to 'allow all' in options but still in home screen with youversion uploading but nothing else happens... Please could someone help me??

Inappropriate?Alexandra, if you followed all the steps and you BBerry is still not loading YouVersion I am stuck. Ultimately what is happening technically is your Blackberry is not letting YouVersion connect to the Internet. A few questions- 1) Can you browse the web with your BB Browser? 2) How are you connecting to the Internet with you BB...BES(Blackberry Enterprise Server) or a standard connection? 3) If BES, does your company have a filter, or not allow some connections?

Hi Terry, I have done step by step everything you suggested and is still not working. As I said, It was working before and then it stopped and since then I have tried everything and still getting the loading screen from you version :(
