Error Message!! I can't get my LinkedIN groups removed!!

I have not been able to remove my groups to meet the 9/12 deadline of 50 groups. For days, I have continued to receive an error message telling me to try again. I have emailed customer service with no reply, both the main customer service and the group removal email. help!!

I have had no reply from customer service - it's the deadline date of 9/12 and I still can't get the groups removed!
