Hacked and LinkedIn is not doing anything about it when the hacker is managing my account!!!
Hi, I was hacked 4 months ago and the hacker was able to get on my linkedin account and change my login information. I sent many emails to Linkedin customer service to ask them to suspend my account or at least help me regain control on it, but they NEVER replied to me. My business contacts are on Linkedin and still think I am the one managing this account when a total stranger has access to it.
This is just unacceptable especially for a website supposed to be professional!!!!

Inappropriate?Had this same issue with proof and they still 2 months later refuse to even call me back nor email me back in response. Its like it goes out into the air and the delete button on their voicemail box which promises to call back. No response nor assistance. Poor customer service. There are better services out there and they will lose out on these people.

Inappropriate?I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do about this. The effort and difficulty aren't worth it if the hacker didn't steal money or identity.
