Is LinkedIn a Customer Service Scam?
I want my money back for a 1 year prepay subscription that was very confusing on the website. Business pro vs Business Account the difference being $200 per year. I can not a direct answer only FAQ and the e-mail referred to in the Terms of Service regarding termination came bouncing back as undeliverable. I feel like I am scammed!

Inappropriate?Hi Catherine, I checked with LinkedIn Customer Service and was told that they have canceled your subscription and refunded your money in full.
Sorry for any confusion. -
Inappropriate?Hi Steve: Yes. I must say that within 25 minutes of posting this question a response was posted to my e-mail by Derek from Customer Service. He kindly informed me that he canceled my subscription and fully refunded my money. I checked with my bank this morning and the money is back in my account. I am very relieved that LinkedIn is a reputable Internet Company. To be honest, the fact that I had to take the measures I did to get a response as a disgruntled customer is the kind of person I want to be. I want to be able to have someone to talk to immediately in case of question. LinkedIn needs a user friendly means of communication. Unfortunately in today's world of so many Internet scams the first conclusion a consumer jumps to when there is no phone # to speak to a live person or a direct means of immediate response communication, it creates unease. I am grateful to Derek for his kind manner in which he handled this matter.

Inappropriate?Hi it's me again..I just read my e-mail post. What I meant to say is - The fact that I had to take the measures I had to take the actions (go on this website) to get a response from Customer Service is NOT the kind of person I want to be. There is nothing worse than having to be the big b**tch...
