LinkedIn is Down for more than 8 hours

I am trying to access LinkedIn but every time being redirected to this URL --- http://64.74.98.80/ (with general information for non-registered users). Nothing works: home page, blog, customer service... everything redirects to that page.

Hey, in the past you at least had a special page to tell us that you're updating or fixing something.
