LinkedIn toolbar doesn't remember the changes it makes to my contacts

LinkedIn toolbar doesn't remember the changes it makes to my contacts. It updates them, but when I hit refresh, it wants to make update contacts that are already updated. (I also have the problem that the toolbar is not visible when I start outlook 2007, i have to activate in in add-ins.)
