Inappropriate?Anybody? Hello? 12 hours for a C/S problem that no one can fix. This is not a good reflection on LinkedIn. I am having several friends with the same issue.. no real people to talk to on the phone?
I’m very irritated
-
Inappropriate?Apparently the people who respond to e-mail customer support requests don't have english as the first language. The response did not come close to answering the question. There are some key words in common, but that's about it.
Any chance we can call and talk to a human?
I’m vexed.
-
Inappropriate?Three days and counting - no response and they just tried to tell me they don't recognize my password anymore.
I’m totally irritated
-
Inappropriate?I am trying to downgrade my premium service. Instructions are to use the customer service site, but after completeing the form I get an error message that my email address is already in use so I can't create an account....confusing? ridiculous!
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Same issue for me and it's something i've been trying to get them to fix for MONTHS! For me it has to do with info posted I need removed because I have a stalker and I need as much of my personal info removed, since I can't figure out what email address is associate with the account, I can't change it myself. I've reached out 3 times with no luck. I'm determined to get thier office number in Mountain View Califorinia, stay tuned.
-
Inappropriate?I have the same issue. This sucks. Maybe I need to just cnacel my account altogether.
-
Inappropriate?Try this phone number. 650-687-3600. You actually do get a human being, but once you ask for customer service, they dump you in a voicemail box.
-
Inappropriate?Someone created a profile under my name and need to have it removed. Tried the online customer service process but after entering my comments it would take me to a page to creat a new account. I called their main number was was transfered to Customer Service. Left a message and will keep calling random individuals in the company until someone gives me a solution.
-
RV, fortunately loosers like yourself can benefit from the anonymity that the internet allows. Are you that bored? -
Inappropriate?I joined linkedin 8 years ago. About 7 and half years ago I realised that it was full of the truly worst people, and have failed to remove myself from their emails. Trust me, I have tried.
My comment was reflective of you and doesn't require anonymity. My name is arvy!
And to answer your question, yes, I am. -
I respect your response, my name is Kevin. -
Inappropriate?Having same problem as JimR. Has anyone had success contacting a live person?
I’m annoyed
-
Inappropriate?http://www.linkedin.com/in/crichman chris richman is a product manager. his number is 650-687-3601 but no call back yet.
-
Inappropriate?keep trying the number and just put 1 then 2 then three then four etc. you get the picture. capisce?
-
I attempted x3601 - and left a message, you can also hit zero when the vmail comes on and leave a message for the back-up. I'll let you know if a human ever gets back to me -
Inappropriate? For some reason now I have two profiles with LinkedIn and I am not sure why that is. I have attempted to submit my concern through their customer service Q&A but it ends up no where. Does anyone have a toll free number for these folks or are they just another garage shop pretending to be a legit company on the Net?
I’m Very frustrated
-
Inappropriate?I assume you created one and the other was created by a former employer? I called their customer service but never heard back from them. I tried to submit a ticket online but it kept canceling out. I sent an e-mail to the company that has my profile listed; it's listed as my only job with no connections, to remove my profile. I consulted for a recruiting company for three months and they created a profile under my name. So far no luck.
I’m askap
-
Inappropriate?I got through! I first contacted them through an email link that they provided on their system. I got an automated reply with a Question # that confirmed they received it, but no actual solution. So I called 650-687-3600 and got transferred to VM. I left a message, but then called right back. The young lady that answered said that they only work through responses to email and voicemail.
I was polite and professional but firm. She said "hold on," and and was transferred to Loretta, a CSR, who fixed my problem immediately.
I really believe the "polite and professional" part is what did it.
I’m Fortunate
-
Inappropriate?linkedin sucks and so does Loretta. Promises to help you and never calls back nor responds. Sorry Linkedin SUCKS. use a different route to network. No one responds via the email nor do they respond via voicemail message. Poor customer service.

Inappropriate?they just up'd their prices again... and closed my account with no notice... they are punting beyond their coverage with their current rate structure. SOB's
I’m confused

Ironic this guy should put up a link to the BBB on LinkedIn...Burda began spamming people using LinkedIn invitations, but sending them to e-mail addresses (in my case, my work address) not connected to folks' LinkedIn profiles. After complaining to LinkedIn with no results, I finally got relief through the PA Attorney General's Office. -
Inappropriate? If they posted a phone number that went to someone in this country, it would be ringing off the hook. Over the past year LinkedIn customer service has gone to HELL! THey just don't care any more.
I’m AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!
-
Inappropriate?Thank you! I can not find a human being to talk to and I feel like it's a scam. Especially because I am trying to get my $$ back. I am going down to Mountain View if I have to.
-
Inappropriate?650-687-3600
-
Inappropriate?try 402-452-2320 and good luck
-
Inappropriate?I called 402-452-2320 and was transferred to a voicemail. Then I called again and asked to put me through to a human. The receiptionist did this and the problem was fixed in a second.
I’m thankful
-
Inappropriate?I run one of the biggest groups on the site and used to call a guy at linkedin every couple of months or so for support and he was great. Now he's left I am told to email groups@linkedin.com and they will get back to me. I have been asked not to call again???
Them attitude sucks! I understand that they would never have the time to answer every ones call if they published a number but I would have thought they would want to get some PR even off the back of my group as it ranks in the top 20 and is very topical.
When you do email customer services you get a standard email reply (template) sent back that never answers or even addresses the question.
Is LI customer services a robot or human as it seems to have failed the Turing Test!!!
I’m LET DOWN
