Twitter integration pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee

I don't know about you, but I use Twitter very differently than I use LinkedIn Status. Do you really want all of your connections notified every time you tweet? Or are you looking for a Tweet hashtag (like #linkedin) which would indicate that you want to set your LinkedIn status too?

I believe Adam is right, since linkedin sends emails to notify you on your connections changes it would create lot of traffic... but in the other hand, sync'g linkedin status as I do with twitter-facebook would be great...

I concur... I would like the integration as well. The tool should be user directed. I echo Jorge's final thoughts and Eco's initial request.

Until LinkedIn has Twitter integration, my LinkedIn Company Updates will have the same amount of activity they do now - none. I don't have enough time to work on three separate sites - so I use Twitter as my posting location, which updates FaceBook. Smart Social Media sites will allow integration with other sites, IMO.

I totally agree that some sort of integration would help me. LinkedIn is an afterthought at this point, not my "hub." While I appreciate that you can add "approved" apps to your profile, why not add a Twitter feed? LI needs to open up profile pages for more customization, like I can do in various ning.com networks (http://www.govloop.com is a good example).
