Using introductions as a matchmaker
I can't figure out how to introduce two people to each other.
I can ask to be introduced to someone... Someone can ask me to introduce them to another... but for me to introduce two connections without unaware of each other seems to be missing.
Am I overlooking something? That would seem to be the best way to use LinkedIn, right?

Inappropriate?Hi Bryan,
On each person's profile just above their name is a link to forward their profile to other people. Simply click that and select who to send it to and then personalize the message to the recipient.
The other alternative is to send an email with the person's linkedin URL and a note saying why you think they may want to connect.

Thanks for this, Sheilah.
I was hoping to make a mutual introduction, so Steve's comment solved my problem. Your suggestion, however, solves another problem I hadn't asked about. :) Thanks!
