This looks a really handy piece of software.....but.....when I drag text into the juice area....nothing. I can drag images and videos but text is a dead dodo

Inappropriate?Hi! We think, we've figured it out. But, would love to have your help in confirming this. We believe the problem, you have been experiencing, is being caused by one/multiple outdated DNS servers.
We'd like to ask you, if you could test the following and report the results back to us:
- Go to: http://addon.juiceapp.com/ping.jsp (what does it show)
- Ping www.juiceapp.com (what IP does it show)
- Ping addon.juiceapp.com (what IP does it show)
- Test text drag & drop in Juice (I know, this sounds obvious, but results may be different today)
