At the moment (Nov. 2008) Juice only supports English and Simplified Chinese queries.

Unfortunately, it's still on the to-do list. We wanted to get 1.0 out first, but it's definitely a priority. Thank you for your patience. As a Dutch national, I'd also love this; plenty of Dutch language things I'd love to look up in the sidebar.
