Recently active topics in Microsoft Live Labs about Seadragon Ajax

I have successfully output a composite-photo containing 30 photos using Seadragon Ajax as composition in Deep Zoom Composer. However, when I use 96 photos to compose my composite-photo, the 1st time, the output composite-photo contains only 6 photos!!!!! I output the project second time, the output composite-photo contains only 11 photos!!!!!

Another example, 96 photos in the output preview, ONLY 3 lef after output to Seadragon Ajax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really want to use Deep Zoom Composer. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I currently have my seadragon implementation start a slow zoom into the image after a couple of seconds, I've done this by setting the springstiffness to -5 (to get a slow start, fast stop) and then using zoomTo to zoom in on a point. I need to stop the animation and reset the springstiffness to 5 when the mouse enters. How would I go about this?

I like the idea of relying on the microsoft to host the seadragon library. An update was made a while ago to seadragon and I didn't have to do anything, that was nice. But now I need to use seadragon in some https secure webpages and https://seadragon.com/ajax/0.8/seadra... doesn't work. Is there a different secure url I should use? Or am I now required to host the library myself?

Anyone have a working example of dynamically resizing the seadragon viewer?

I get a download ActiveX message when using Seadragon Ajax.
What activeX object is being used ?
I thought this was an Ajax technology.

Is there a way to change the speed at which the controllers fade? It's a great feature, but I wish you could change a value to make them fade out faster. Also, what if I want the controls to fade when the mouse has been still over the image for an arbitrary amount of time? Thanks!

I've used SeaDragon Ajax to display an image on our academic library's web page. I put the image in photozoom, fed the address into the seadragon ajax code generator. Since it's been up it has disappeared twice (the space for it is there but there's just black). The first time this happened (about
two months ago) I simply refed the addressinto the code generator, and replaced the code on our website. It disappeared again yesterday. I have no idea why this keeps happening. Before I attempt to fix it again, I thought I'd give you the url of the broken version so that maybe someone there could attempt to figure out what's going on. How do we find the URL from PhotoZoom to include in the Silverlight Ajax "Embed The Viewer" page ?

The site says: "Use PhotoZoom. Just create a new album and upload your photo to it. Wait until it's done processing, then view an individual photo and copy the URL that appears at the bottom" but the only URL I see is the Iframe ...

I want to view a panoramic image in SeaDragon but when I reach the left or the right border of the image, the fun ends. Is there a way to continue infinately (360 rotation), like, for instance, Google Maps does with the world map? And if not, will this feature be implemented in the future?

Would it be possible for you guys to provide an example of switching images on the fly when a particular zoom level is reached? I'm trying to set it up so that a new data set is loaded when zoomed in, similar to google maps. Thanks for your help.

Is it possible to change the picture of the control button ?

I found in the documentation how I can add or remove control button or how I can add custom button but nothing about the control button picture

With very specific zoom, picture size and container sizes, going to full page mode gives an empty screen and seadragon never comes back (I can switch back to regular mode, but visualization is gone). Suddenly full page mode started doing this for me, it was very strange. After wasting too much time on this, it seems that seadragon doesn't like particular zoom, picture size and container sizes. Below's the basic code that reproduces this problem. In navigateTo, if I multiply zoom by 1.0001 or 0.9999, everything's perfect... I'm guessing this has to do with dividing by a power of 2 the full width of the image? But then I change the container width slightly (904 to 894) and that makes everything work too. Let me know if the actual test image files are needed. This is a pretty major issue for me of course, I can't go live without this fixed. Oh, there are no errors in firefox or safari. IE7 gives an error, but I'm not sure it has to do with this, I don't have access to IE7 at the moment. Seadragon crashes with the below on ALL browsers. Lastly, the below crashes if I don't zoom at all or I zoom in and then go to full page. However, if I zoom OUT even a tiny bit and then go to full page, it works perfect.

Seadragon Ajax zoom used to work in Chrome, but now has stopped. It's probably because I changed something in the html. Any ideas why? It works great in IE7. I know Chrome is a "beta" browser, but my point is that it USED TO work and now it doesn't. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what I should change to make it work AGAIN.
