Bookmarking areas of a Photosynth

It would be good to be able to select key photos/views in Photosynth and have them as a kind of bookmark with a description.

For example, in a room you could have 3 bookmarked images, one for a particularly nice view out of the window, one showing an old chair and another showing a painting on the wall. The user is able to add a short description as to why it's bookmarked.

This would allow Synths to be organised better and allow people to visit certain sections without trying to figure out getting through a maze of photos to get there.

Clicking on the bookmark 'painting' would instantly zoom the synth to the painting and overlay the description, then the user is correctly orientated and able to zoom in on the picture.

If PhotoSynth then becomes global in Virtual Earth or Google Earth etc, people would be able to leave notes about things and bookmark certain parts of Synths. This could even lead on to something similar to Google Earth with creating tours by stringing bookmarks together.

I realise this is probably a pretty obvious step for the future already but I didn't see it written down so have posted it up.

happy I’m looking forward to Photosynth growing.
