Inappropriate?Kaiyab, are you getting an error message in a black box when you try to view a synth or something else?
If you could tell us exactly what you're seeing, it would really help us figure out how to go about fixing the problem for you.
Hope to hear back from you soon.

Inappropriate?Hey there, Toycoma,
What problem are you having exactly? People can't help you fix your problem unless you tell us what it is. Kaiyab, above, was having problems getting the old Direct3D Photosynth viewer to work, as many people are not accustomed to setting up their computer to work with 3D graphics. You shouldn't really be facing that problem, though, because the site now uses a new Photosynth viewer built in Silverlight 2.
Here are things that would be very useful to know in order to help you:
1: What operating system are you using?
2: What internet browser are you using?
3: If you have a Mac is it a PowerPC or an Intel Mac?
4: If you get an error message what, exactly, does it say?
Other than that, here's what you should know.
>------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<
You will need to install Microsoft Silverlight 2 in order to view synths at http://photosynth.net .
(Click here to make sure you have one of the operating systems that Silverlight 2 runs on.)
>------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<
You will need to install the Photosynth 'synther' (only available on Windows xp, Vista, and 7, I believe) in order to make your own synths.
(Click here to check the system requirements to run it.)

Let us know if you have any more problems with it.
P.S. If you're running Linux, there is an open source Silverlight clone under construction that should be ready to view Photosynths in September. It is called Moonlight, but you'll need to wait for their team to finish coding Moonlight 2.0 (it's currently in beta/preview mode, meaning it's not ready to go yet) before you'll be able to use it for Photosynth.
