Details of Photosynth Update, October 21

We’re excited to release an update to the Photosynth website tonight!

Due to the change, we’ll have a short downtime after 9pm Pacific time. Users may experience issues searching and viewing synths for a few hours. Additionally, we’ll be disabling uploads starting at 7pm Pacific time. Any in progress uploads will be allowed to complete.

In addition to some bug fixes, we are releasing the first new community feature: Favorites – you’ll now be able to mark synths as a favorite, and see other people’s favorite synths.
