guide needs major work
You need a better guide, not only because of the printing ink involved, but may I make three suggestions:
1) provide a shorter, bullet list, say, 4"x6" (so as to laminate and place in camera bag, versus lugging and dog-earring an 8x11 document);
2) photo advice is good, but the "how-to" on the software page is practically non-existent...I intuitively dragged the several photos I wanted to the blank area on the right of the "synth" start-up screen, but after that point, I was left to wander about names, tags, separation between tags, and cc: drop down menu. You need to walk us through the process a little better.
3) give us an idea on the upload time--I thought I created a synth using about 15 photos, and the ensuing dialog box tells me I have been creating a new one for the last 30 minutes...the slide bar is still not going across.
But I like the idea, and will get creative fast once things work out
Thank you.

Inappropriate?Hi Robert, thanks for the feedback. I like your idea of a cheat sheet that can be printed and carried about.
The dialog box currently updates in chunks, and isn't very accurate, unfortunately. If you have a fast PC but slow upload speed, the last 1/3rd of the progress bar can take an awfully long time. We compensate for this by telling you which image we're currently uploading, and how many are left.
I’m looking forward to the creative process..

thanks for the reply, and positive feedback. Just one problem, though. My "progress bar" (so-called) doesn't even start, and a speed test on my computer says upload is faster than most. How do I get the "progress bar" to actually begin uploading? I think I am doing everything correct (load pics, then create synth)...
