Path for narrative
It would be very very great if you produce a Path tool, recordable & interactive so, for narative like recorded slide show or 3D tour

Inappropriate? You're kidding? I don't think so. We've thought of this already. How about letting other people make their own narratives of your synths as well?

Thank Jonathan for your answer.
Off course, when people look at my synth, in 3d, it's good that they can look every where they want.
I think it's also good to have possibility for the synth's autor to propose an alternative, like a commented tour or a story. (see slide show or movie) And it's a great thing if other people create other "stories" with the same photos.
(Sorry, my english is bad, and i do a miscompehension for "kidding", my mood is enthousiast).
I'm looking at the very very long page for "what features should we add to photosynth" to give better remarks. -
Inappropriate?I like the idea. Like a "view only" mode for others... only in 3d. WIth the path I set. And be able to control the slideshow's path/order.
I’m confident

Inappropriate?I was thinking something similar, such as playlists that could be created by the author or anyone. They would be listed on the main sysnth page. Some sort of order would need to be determined such as the most popular or the creator could decide the order (If more than one).
You would basically make your own tour. A record button might be the easiet way to create them. The tour could have text popups along the way to give more information on specific elements of that playlist. Not sure about sound, that might be a bit harder to incorporate.
I know some syths have a lot of photos and unless you created them and know where things were, I doubt you would find them, without spending a lot of time poking around. I've got one 100% synth that I just can't seem to navigate around a corner, but I know there are a zillion photos of that transition. Sometime it feels like there is a secret path to get where you want to go. I just think the average "YouTuber" isn't going to take the time to explore every synth they open.

Inappropriate?I agree with all of the above. I think that I, for one, would like very much to be able to make a selection of the photos that I want to tour ahead of time and even arrange the order by dragging and dropping, whether that happens in the synther or in the viewer in grid mode.
From that point, I would be happy to use a record button to capture the timing and zooming on each photo, but as of right now, the navigation in 3D is still such that it might be difficult to get to the exact photo that you mean to whilst recording.
