Automatic update- sorry your location could not be set

Phil,

This normally occurs on old versions of Loopt. To fix the problem, you'll need to upgrade from 2.1.9 to 3. I'm posting upgrade instructions below:

Go to Menu, then Games & Apps, highlight the Loopt icon, and hit the Menu key (to the left of the OK key). Choose the Deinstall option, confirm that you want to remove Loopt, and when it’s done, choose “Done.” You will be back at the Games & Apps screen. Select the Download Apps icon with the colored triangle. Next, choose the Re-Downloads option, and choose the listing for Loopt that is closes to the top, and hit Get It in the lower left of the screen. It should download and install the latest version. View the instructions is lists, and then choose Exit in the lower right.

Now you should be back at the Java Apps screen. Scroll down to Loopt to highlight it and hit the Menu key to the left of the OK/Select key. Choose Update/Install, and you can choose to save your current data. It will install the newest version of Loopt. Choose Done in the lower right when it finishes, and now you can run Loopt and login into your Loopt account.
