Can not save/update profile/Network error
iPhone 3GS, running v1.6 Loopt - profile will not update/save and get network error messages. Can not message anyone.

Are you trying to update your profile photo while on the Friends tab, or are you in Mix and trying to edit your profile there?

Inappropriate?Under the Mix tab - please note, it took a few tries to add a friend but after quite some time, that worked. I also was able to add a photo (Mix), but that too, took a few tries.1 Comment

Did it finally let you change the Mix profile picture and all the info you were trying to change, or is it still failing to update the text portion of the profile? -

Inappropriate?Day three, still can not get my profile to save/update in the text portion of the Mix tab. Receive Ooops Error messages as well... Have tried to uninstall Loopt and downloaded LooptTC - different layout, but still can not get it to save/update.... Any other suggestions?

We've been trying to reproduce the problem on our 3GS iPhones, but we haven't been able to. When you're trying to update your profile, are you connected via EDGE, 3G, or WiFi? In the meantime, you can edit your profile online via the link below. I think most Mix Profile fields are editable except the Mix Name via the site.

Yes, that was going to be my next suggestion if you don't mind going that route. If you send your mobile number to gs@loopt.com, I'll make sure the current account gets wiped so you can start fresh.
