To post your Loopt Journal on MySpace, first go to this link on your computer:
https://app.loopt.com/loopt/sess/memb...

Once on that page, enable the Journal widget. Then click on the MySpace icon on the right under the blue word "Post." The page that opens in a new window will walk you through enabling everything.
