Friend alerts getting reset
Hello...I have been a loopt user since it came out and my friend alerts keep getting reset and turned off all on there own. I have about nine friends and it is becoming a pain to have to keep turning them back on. This is the third time this has happened to me so I am finally emailing you guys about it. This is a known issue on our iPhone version. The iPhone doesn't allow you to set Friend Alerts from the phone, but you can do so from the web. The bug comes into play when you change certain settings on the iPhone. It can sometimes reset Friend Alerts you've set on the web. Our team is aware of the issue and hopes to resolve it in a future release. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and sorry for the trouble you're having.
