HELP!!! can't get on! But I see 2 profiles for myself
The app asks me to create a profile which I have done. I can see the profile as though it were someone elses. And it obviously also migrated my other profile from loopt because they are both visible to me but I cannot control them at all.

Inappropriate?If you delete your current profile (the one you can access), you can recover the other one by making a new profile with the same email address you used for Mix within the Loopt app.
Check Loopt for the email if your forgot.

To clarify, you should disable Mix within Loopt and never use Mix there again. When you make a new profile in Loopt Mix (not Loopt), use the email address you used before Mix was a separate application. -

Did you try to create a new Mix profile in the new Loopt Mix application (that's only Mix), or did you try to do it from Loopt?
Also, do you meet the requirements in the Terms of Use, and use your real birth year?
Try this:
- Turn of Mix in Loopt if it is on.
- Delete your account in Loopt Mix. (Edit your profile, click on "Account Settings", and delete your account)
- Create a new account in Loopt Mix, using the same email address and birthday you originally used when you first used the Mix feature in Loopt.
