How can I access My Places in the Loopt iPhone App

Being able to record My Places on the Loopt website is a great way to record favorite spots and places I want to check out in the future. However, I'd like to quickly access those places with my iPhone when I'm away from the computer. How do I do this?
If it is not possible yet can you add this functionality to the App?
