how to unset location?
I have chosen to set my location by mistake on line, but it does not seem to change after that even that I refreshed loopt on the phone, what to do please?

To fix this, please login to Loopt on your phone. Then, go to the Settings (lower right portion of the screen) and set Location Updating to Automatic. That will turn location updating back on.

Inappropriate?That's not quite accurate for the iPhone. There it appears to be under Location Refresh. The Options there aren't named as described above. They are:
.Only refresh when Loopt is running.
.Never refresh my location.
If the lower is active (checked) you have set a manual location and can set one. If the top item is checked, Location updating is set set to Automatic, even though that's not how it's phrased.

Hi,
You're correct. In the latest version of the iPhone application, the wording was changed to better set user expectations for the lack of background location updating. The "only refresh when Loopt is running" option is the equivalent to the prior "Automatic" option.
