If I choose to hide my location how will I appear to my friends?

If you want to go unnoticed on Loopt, the best way is to go to your Settings/Privacy option in the lower right corner of the Loopt application and choose to hide from all. This stops sharing your location with your Loopt friends. You can turn location sharing back on at any time. However, any status updates that you post will still be visible to your Loopt friends, so if you want to go completely silent for a while, don't post any status updates. If there are journal entries or status updates that you want to delete, you can remove them. Just go to your journal, choose edit, and then remove the journal entry.
