Is there a time line for the Nextel Blackberry 8350i?

i hate to be a pain but this has not been updated in a month.... this phone has been out for a little while now. so is there an update on when this will be available for this phone??

AHH Yes the 8350i the shunned step child of the blackberry curve family. Blackberry is releasing another 8350i one without a camera, which will hopefully increase the popularity of the phone since Nextel is aimed at business users and quite a few corporate and government users can't have a camera in their phone.

But what amazes me beyond belief. More so than any other cell network the Nextel network and the iDen users generally have the phone for business use, because of their work, etc. Still some software developers seem to shun the phone that one can generally assume has and EMPLOYED user base.

Still, google latitude works, now if only google would ad in a proximity alarm I don't think I'd miss Loopt so much and might be able to get the rest of my old network of friends to make the jump.

so i guess what you are trying to say is there is no update and there may never be one?? that blows i just got this phone and will not be getting a new one anytime soon and i wanted to use Loopt

I've lost hope. And have started to look at other options. I have a feeling that it will end up being google once they have a chance to add a few features.
