Is there another way of getting my password?

ok so I want to reset my password and i know that you usually have to go to loopt support or whatever. But my problem is I had broken my phone and I got a new one with a new number. I really do not want to make a new loopt account so I was wondering is there another way of recovering my other loopt account through email... I don't something please help!
