It hasn't never worked

I signed up weeks ago. I have gotten a few invites from friends. But Loopt's txt message has never come for me to confirm my account. I can't login to the website nor can I use Loopt on my phone.

I've requested a new SMS a few times, it never comes.

WTF?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.

Hi Todd,

Please email support@loopt.com with your phone number and phone model you're using. Put "For Chris" in the subject line. We should be able to figure out what's causing this.
