Not receiving SMS anymore...why??
I no longer receive sms messages for pings, comments, or requests. I am using the iPhone 3G. All of my other friends still get messages. I have updated to the newest version and the same problem persists. All of my notifications are "on"

Thanks for reporting this. Did you happen to reply "cancel" or "stop" to any other text messages from Loopt's short code? If so, that will stop the messages even if you have them turned on in the Loopt settings. If you don't remember ever replying to a Loopt SMS, let us know by emailing support@loopt.com with your mobile number so that we can investigate. Thanks!

Inappropriate?Hey...I have had the same problem and I reported it and gave my email and number to Loopt to investigate and they said they couldn't find anything. So it is still doing it...not all of the time...I get 1 in 5 texts...journal comments and pings (pongs)....now it is starting to happen to my friends on Loopt so I know Im not the only one..we have all downloaded the new version btw...I have not replied to any texts from Loopt and even sent "start" to the code that I was provided from someone but nothing has been fixed. I also find this very frustrating and hope something can be done...I have been using Loopt since it came out for the iPhone and this started happening last month. My email is stefani77@mac.com
