Posting a picture with update on Facebook.
When my friends post on Loopt there is a map that shows up and any pictures they add will show on their Facebook, mine just shows letters and numbers. How is this done?

Inappropriate?Duey,
You can modify your Facebook linking settings via the link below on your computer: https://app.loopt.com/loopt/sess/memb...

Inappropriate?Duey, it seems that on that link Chris sent for the FB connect settings, the "Update my Facebook Status" will only send the short link. "Update my Facebook Feed", if checked, will send the thumbnail map view with a link.
Chris, how do I send a picture with the share, as illustrated on the Loopt blog at http://www.looptblog.com/2009/04/shar... (using Samsung Instinct)?? -
Inappropriate?Dave,
If you go to the link I provided and login, you will see two options: one to update your status, and one to update your Newsfeed.
The status update option will simply change your Facebook status to match your Loopt status. There is a smaller box just below that. If it's checked, Loopt updates your Facebook status and includes a link in the status update to a map and any picture you share with the status.
The NewsFeed option provides the functionality shown in the Blog Post photos. If this option is checked, we will post your Loopt update and any pictures attached to it to your Newsfeed along with a map image. If you check both the Status and Newsfeed options, your status will update and a Newsfeed post will occur, but you may experience double updates in your profile due to the way Facebook Connect handles Status and Newsfeed updates.

Inappropriate? Thanks Chris for your detailed explanation! ...and I finally figured out that I can tap the picture icon next to the "share" field to take a picture -- I'm just a little slow ;) LOL
