Sorry, we couldn't link your Loopt account.

I'm trying to link my Loopt account in facebook as described. When i click on the "Link you loopt phone & share on the go" and it asks me for my loopt phone # and password, I'm getting an error message:
Sorry we couldn't link your Loopt account.

Please help to resolve this.

Hi,

Can you try going to www.loopt.com on your computer and logging in with your Loopt phone number and password? Will it let you login there?

Yes, Chris, I have tested that and it works. It also works fine on my iPhone using the loopt app as well. It doesn't seem like it's a username password issue.
