will Loopt mix work on the Dare?

I have a verizon wireless Dare phone which I just downloaded Loopt to. I am trying to make friends on it and my question is this:

Does Loopt for the Dare have the Loopt mix feature to browse local people? if so how do I access that?
Also, can people on the iphone browse through and see me to add me?
