Yes, I'm an AT&T customer, and I was on the network when I tried to register on Loopt. Also, I tried on the website and that didn't work either.

Can you please contact support@loopt.com, and give them your phone number, your carrier (AT&T), and device (iPhone)? They will troubleshoot your problem with those parameters in mind. Thanks for your patience.
