Recently created questions in loud3r

I read glaci3r, vot3r and buzz3r and i am frustrated by the number of stories that are actually duplicates, they might not link to the same source, but sometimes the sources actually refer to each other (for example: story about HTC android phone from NYT and gismodo, the latter is just a rehash of the former). Loud3r should consolidate essentially duplicate stories, and show the "most reputable" source first.

I'd like a direct link to the target page (by clicking the headline) rather than being directed to a comments page. Digg changed to this style as well. I'm specifically talking about roadst3r but the product is not available as an option on getsatisfaction.com.

Is it an internal or external measure? If it's internal, is it page views or something else?
