I want to adopt a dog from a rescue. Either a Cairn terrier or a Norwich/Norfolk terrier. I live in Phila.Pa. can you tell me of any rescues.

Hi Lill,

I don't know of anywhere in particular, but both http://www.adoptapet.com/ and http://www.petfinder.com/ are great sites that you can search by location and breed to adopt a rescue dog.
