I filed a support ticket, and 25 hours later, I get a response telling me to refer to the help doc, which I already have done before submitting the ticket. Then I called support, waited 10 minutes, only to speak to a support rep that told me he has to get the original support engineer who replied to my ticket to call me back. He said that he doesn't want to deal with an issue that already has a ticket.
I hate dealing with support and this kind of behavior has been quite consistent for the last 7 months. I always have to call my account representative several times to get anything resolved.
