why wont my sustain pedal work on my m-audio keystation pro 88?
why wont my sustain pedal work on my m-audio keystation pro 88? its sending a signal to my external roland synth and goes from 140 to 0 on my controller but does actually sustain the notes. do i need to assign it somehow?

Inappropriate?I am just writing what I read from someone else's answer,
Do the following:
1. Press the Pedal
2. Press "control assign" button twice
3. Press the program button twice
4. Enter the cc value 64 for sustain...
This worked for me...hope it works for you!!!

Inappropriate?Arkie, I can't tell you how grateful I am for this information. An 88 key keyboard isn't worth much without a sustain pedal! I looked through the manual and couldn't find anything on a sustain pedal reset.
