Inappropriate?You can save each page as an individual PDF in Photoshop and then use another program like Adobe Acrobat or InDesign to combine the pages into a single PDF.
In Acrobat, open the first of your PDFs and select Insert Pages from the Document menu. Add the second PDF file after the first and then repeat until all the pages are combined into one PDF.
In InDesign, open a new document based on the MagCloud specs (www.magcloud.com/publish) and then import each PDF onto a page in your InDesign file. Once all the pages have been added, export your file as a multipage PDF to upload to MagCloud.
